Reposting is the republishing of a social media post. In doing so, the user uses his own or someone else's post to share it with his community. On Twitter, for example, one speaks of a retweet. In order to be able to use content again and share it with one's own community, the person who created the post must agree to it.
However, many companies and influencers agree to their posts being republished, because this increases their reach and the number of followers can increase.
