Livestreaming is real-time broadcasting in audio and video format. Live streaming is often offered for television broadcasts, but it also plays a large and important role in social networks. Many influencers use the "live function" on Instagram to establish direct contact with their followers, but many influencers are also active in the gaming sector, preferably on the Twitch platform, and communicate with users.
Certain livestreams fall under the concept of broadcasting and therefore require approval from the state media authorities under current law.
